1. Difference between hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Pneumatic equipment requires a large air pump for power to operate the main unit, material lifting pump, and spray gun maintenance. Hydraulic equipment has an independent hydraulic station and its own power source, eliminating the need for an air pump. A small air pump is sufficient to power the material lifting pump and spray gun. Hydraulic systems are more stable and powerful, and the pressure they provide is unmatched by pneumatic systems.

2. What is the longest heating pipe on the machine?

Maximum 90m. The machine can automatically heat the pipe.

4. Machine temperature

The temperature is generally preset, but it may not be suitable for certain regions. Higher temperatures can be adjusted if required by the customer.

5. What is the lowest temperature the polyurethane spraying machine can operate at?
Generally, it can operate below freezing, but the raw materials need to be preheated.

6. Can it be transported by air?
It can be transported by air, but due to its large size, large aircraft are required, and the shipping cost is very high.

7. Casting

The machine can be used for casting, such as filling water tank sandwich panels and solar water tanks. We can recommend timed and quantity-controlled machines to customers, such as IIID/H5600D/T40D.

8. Machine Cleaning
During normal operation, the feed pump is inserted into the raw material tank to draw up the raw material, and the equipment sprays the material. To clean the equipment, insert the feed pump into the cleaning agent (dichloromethane), start the machine normally (heating is not required), and spray the cleaning agent. After cleaning, insert the feed pump into the white oil (10# industrial white oil) to flush out the cleaning agent. The equipment contains white oil that is stored long-term.
