Mobile Stone Crusher Mobile Crushing Machine

Mobile crusher has been widely used. It expands the usage scope of crushing & screening operation. To remove customers' operation obstacles caused by space and environment is our fist solution. The mobile crushing plant can be used on various crushing and screening spots, the customer can select one set or several different usage station according to requirements. Cobblestone has relatively high hardness. For its processing, jaw crushers can be used for coarse crushing, cone crushers for secondary crushing, and impact sand making machines for artificial sand production-all applicable to the crushing and sand making processes in the cobblestone processing line. The entire production line also needs to be equipped with common auxiliary equipment, such as vibrating feeders for uniform feeding, circular vibrating screens for screening and classifying materials after crushing and sand making, belt conveyors for transporting stones to the next processing stage, and wheel bucket sand washers for cleaning artificial sand. Customers can select equipment of appropriate models based on production capacity.

Processing Flow

1. Crushing Stage: Raw cobblestones are uniformly fed into a jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The crushed stones are then transported to a cone crusher by a belt conveyor for secondary crushing. Once the discharged materials meet the requirements, they proceed to the next stage; unqualified stones are returned to the cone crusher for fine crushing.
2. Sand Making Stage: After screening, the fine crushed stones can be processed in an impact sand making machine for artificial sand production. The discharged materials are screened by a circular vibrating screen: those that meet the specifications enter the sand washing stage, while unqualified ones are returned to the sand making machine for reprocessing.
3. Washing Stage: Qualified artificial sand can be fed into a wheel bucket sand washer for cleaning. The finished materials after processing and cleaning are transported via belt conveyors to the corresponding hoppers for storage.
